IL&FS Township & Urban Assets Limited (ITUAL), as per advertisement, is inviting Expression of Interest (EoI) for lump sum sale of used Office Furniture, White Goods and IT Assets on "as is where is basis" lying at following office location in Ranchi, as per details given below:

Applicable standard Terms & Conditions for Sale of Assets:

1. Any individual / corporate / business enterprise can submit EoI in the attached Bid Submission Document (Click to Download) only
2. Already mentioned Minimum Reserve Bid Price (excluding applicable GST) in the Assets List, and Bidder is requested to quote their Lump sum price higher than the Minimum Reserve Bid Price (including applicable GST)
3. Your bid should (optional) attach print out of list of Assets and should be submitted in a sealed envelope (On top of the envelop, pls mention "Bids for office Assets - Ranchi")
4. Please ensure that your Bid should be submitted and received latest by 6 pm on or before September 19, 2020 at the address given below:

5. After the deadline, sealed bids to be opened in the presence of the Committee constituted by ITUAL
6. Bidder, who would quote higher rates than other quotes, would be emerged as H1 Bidder and Administration Department of ITUAL would take necessary internal approvals and would hand over the assets to H1 bidder on receipt of 100% amount in form of Demand Draft / RTGS to ITUAL Bank A/c (which would be shared with the H1 Bidder) with Sale Invoice to be issued by ITUAL Accounts Department.
7. If in case, for any reason H1 bidder quits, in that case H2 bidder’s quote would be considered only and Administration Department of ITUAL would take necessary internal approval for sale of Assets. Post internal approval, similar process would be followed for handing over of Assets, as mentioned above for H1 Bidder
8. Completion of sale will be subject to such approvals or compliances as may be required
9. There is no obligation to sell on IL&FS Township & Urban Assets Limited and final decisions to sell shall at all times reside with IL&FS Township & Urban Assets Limited
